I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®
I am proud to introduce myself as an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector, or CPI® for short. What does that mean? Well, it means I've committed to a rigorous set of standards to ensure you receive the best inspection possible. Every three years, I undergo a thorough Inspector Exam, adhere to strict Standards of Practice and a Code of Ethics, and dedicate myself to completing 24 hours of accredited college Continuing Education courses annually—all to keep my certifications in good standing. So, when you choose AOM Property Inspection Solutions, you're choosing expertise you can trust.
I am also a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Remote Pilot (Certificate #: 4634248). What does that mean for you? It means AOM Property Inspection Solutions can legally conduct aerial drone inspections, giving us a unique perspective that other inspectors might miss. With this high-tech approach, we can zoom in on those hard-to-reach spots like chimneys, gutters, flashing, and roof structures, providing you with a comprehensive inspection you can rely on.
AOM Engineering Solutions is a preferred Government Contractor for nearly 20 years. We continue to help our Veterans and our enlisted soldiers live healthier lives designing and providing ergonomic troop seating systems and new alternative energy systems. What I like best is serving our enlisted men and women by inspecting disabled veteran’s residences that have been remodeled to fit their disability for the VA, inspecting disaster torn buildings on military bases, and inspecting Government buildings.

InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
